Description
The Rebellious Spirits is a book published for the first time in New York City in 1908 AD, in which Gibran collects four stories: Wardat al-Hani, Screaming the Graves, Bedding the Bride, and Khalil al-Kafir. These stories show how these spirits rebel against the customs, traditions, laws, and laws imposed by the authorities to stifle human freedom, limit his thoughts and actions, and at the same time impose a legal privilege on one group of people at the expense of another.
